A 15+year Alumna of Penn State University, Kathleen has spent her career driving sales for global companies, like Coca-Cola and Milacron, around the United States. Whether it be in-person or over the phone thousands of miles away, Kathleen can negotiate and close a deal with ease. No matter the market, she can adapt and strategize like she does in a chess match.

Born and raised in Kirkland, Kathleen is rooted in the Greater Seattle area and knows the ins and outs of relocating from and to this growing global economy. Living on the East Coast and in the Mid-West, she can find common ground with anyone she meets. Her passions include spending time with her young family and staying current on local matters that affect housing for all.
